Wow, what a beautiful country and well kept secret! The secret is out and I'm contemplating a 2 - 3 week excursion in one or more areas, possibly in December but perhaps earlier. When is Spring down there anyway? Is it in , like, September? Or is that Autumn there but like Spring to us in the N hemisphere? And why do the toilets flush the wrong way? I am a 48-yr-old father of about a million children, living in NW Florida in the USA. Ideally I'd like to hike in areas which have an abundance of wildlife, rivers, lakes, ponds, streams, waterfalls, and pubs. Does such an area exist? I have quite a bit of camping equipment which I'll bring along: tents, sleeping bags, cookware, beer, plus I'm in good physical condition, and I'm pretty good at starting a campfire in the wild when need be. You just get some wood, light a match and presto.... Fire!!  It's not that difficult once you get the hang of lighting the match. I love Sandy! Bye. Write me. |
