Hi,
Ask ko lng po kung me kilala kayong agent. I am a biomedical engineer. Yung mga job postings na nakita ko sa seek.co.nz, either resident or with working permit ang hinahanap. Parang mas madaling mag apply kapag me agent ka.. Tama po ba?

Madali sa kung madali, pero dapat may datung ka. As in lots of datung. They don't come cheap, them "consultants."
Why don't you try applying to the positions nonetheless? Explain your situation and convince that you are perfect for the position offered. If your skills are in-demand talaga, they might be willing to hire you from the philippines.
Just make sure to make a good CV. Google if there is a sample resume fit for new zealand in your profession.
