Hi!!Pls anyone can tell me the American dream contact# or even e-mail add so I can get in touch w/ them.I've applied to American dream way back August 2002 in their Cavite branch, I've already sent all the credential they need & rcvd replied from NZ that I've passed as immigrant as level (I already forgot coz my NZ letter is in the Phil & im in Cambodia now)but as per that letter I've passed but until last year I have'nt rcv all the original docs I've sent to them their Cavite branch in Tanza already close. I want to know how to contact them so I can get all my credential thru my husband luckily my employer here accepted the zerox copy docs I've gave to them. After getting all my credential I also want to ask them if still can pursue my application, I already passed the IELTS exam & Im in residency stage. Later part of 2003 they are not yet clear the procedure to do to process the residency, their ask us to try to post the CV in internet for a certain amount of money for 3 months & then I remember they advd me that they will do the letter of invitation.
Hello! any kababayan in NZ can adv me on what to do? Can I continue my application on residency stage directly to NZ embassy?? Should I continue my application to american dream since I already spent money in the 2 stages? Is it possible that from Cambodia I will just go their for vacation or tourist & then process my papers there? Pls help.. |

| you can do it on your own. you don't need to go through an agency. I doubt they'll be much of value. |

Hi Kirk,
Can you please tell me what to do, the steps & procedure on how to start on my own. I've been in Taiwan & now in Cambodia but usually my employer arrange everything for me so I also dont know how to do it on my own. Is it possible that from here just go to Australia or NZ as tourist & process my paper there. Thanks and regards!! |

tess,
pls search for the thread "to new members". You'll find most of the answers there. Additionally, you'll also need to securea job offer since the points increased from 100-140 to increase your chances of getting selected. The tourist route is discouraged as there's very recent news some of our kababayans were deported after they were found out that they were plannning to look for jobs while they only held tourist visas.

To those who used consultants..hasn't it kicked in yet that with or without these profit hungry leeches, it takes the same amount of time and the same results when one does the Nz application himself?! Why spend more when you can study, do it yourself, become expert, save money and help others? U guys aren't nitwits..are you?!
GOD DAMM these immigration consultants, like illegal recruiters, who prey on hapless Fils wanting only a better future for their families. They should be publicly humiliated, electrocuted, tortured, beheaded, then paraded around the sts of Mla..just before being fed to Sharks..who would most likely refuse them..til they rot for naught.
Hala!

i just want to share my nightmare with ADIC...
me & my husband are also a victim of American Dream Immigration Consultancy from olongapo city. way back last 2002 when they open a branch here in olongapo and conducted a convincing seminar hosted by mrs. mariano. they offer to help you get a greener pasture in new zealand by applying as immigrant.
actually i applied for immigrant visa(as a principal applicant) last 2002 but unfortunately denied. i supposed to back out our plan of dreaming about New Zealand but ADIC gave us another option, student visa. At that time, we were frustrated but because the company gave us a clear assurance that student visa is more appropriate for us to enter New Zealand, we eventually agreed. the company told us that we could get the visa if I pass the IELTS exam and complete all the necessary documents, they also mention about no appearance in the embassy.
to shorten my story i was also denied during the actual interview in the embassy..& at the embassy while waiting for the interview i met someone who is also a client of ADIC cavite branch who eventually denied too. i been closed with this guy and talked about the process of our application & we found out to be the same experienced and a victim of bogus marketing of ADIC.
even the franchise owner of ADIC branch from olongapo filed a complaint against mrs. mariano of ADIC due to many complaints from its clients.
the ADIC have no adequate knowledge in rendering assistance regarding student visa procedures and documentations and perhaps, also with other type of VISAs.
well i'm still thankful at least i was able to refund the school fee of NZ$3,140 but with
less. unfortunately, the contract signing fee & other consultation fee was not refunded more or less P 20,000.
okay! i hope i have contributed with this forum & i dont know if at this moment if this company ADIC is still in operation...
well, i suggest that you out there who are aspiring of greener pasture and better life if you want to go to NZ then do your best to try online application first for free evaluation before proceeding to next step with fees..and if you're qualified go directly to New Zealand Immigration Office in Makati and never to consultant like . . . .
. . . . American Dream Immigration Consultancy! |

I hope the thread regarding American Dream will continue until that group wake up and enjoy the rotten smell of prison room.
SEC should look into this group. They are bunch of hungry leeches which only aim is to get your money.
Its been 3 years and up to now Im still very pissed and disappointed with the people of that company. Kakarmahan din kayo. |

My brother-in-law was also a victim of American Dream. After he was asked to pay for 30K for EOI, according to ADIC he was not selected, but they didn't show him his account online and how they laid out the points for him to be selected. He was kept in the dark on the whole process if there was even a process he never knew. IT was January of 2007 when he filed for EOI thru that agency. Being unfortunate thru ADIC, he went to look for a job in Australia, where he is now working as a skilled worker. He's in his 2nd month there, he told me that few days ago the personnel from AMERICAN DREAM sent him a text message inviting him to renew his application for New Zealand. The office address they gave is in
8th floor regalla park towers
cor p.tuazon st.
Cubao, Quezon City
Baka lang may gustong maghabol sa kanila..you know where to find them. |

Thank you if you someone could answer as to the legal existence of the said immigration consultancy.
