| can sumbody help me with my problem regarding american dream...we recently signed up on their agency and it seems that they gave us false or misleading information on their newspaper ad and that is the very reason why we signed up on them, it stated there that there is NO IELTS to pass, no onterviews ect etc, we paid them 300$ as fee for their services and now, they are telling us suddenly that we have to take the IELTS, the memo accdg to them was given to them by the NZ govt just last 2 months ago when in fact, I inquired on this on the NZ govt thru email that the policy on IELTS was an old policy. I would like to have my money back, mahirap ang buhay ngayon, 300$ is hard to earn! baka naman merong makatulong sa akin, it will be very much appreciated...thanks very much!! |

hi jijay,
i am concerned with u coz i am presently having the services of american dreams. anong stage/ step ka na sa application mo with american dreams? na select n b and EOI mo from the pool? hiningan ka ba nila ng buong $300 ng isang singilan?
i asked them if i need to take IELTS, they said, since nasa listed school naman ang school ko, i just need to get certificate from school na ang teaching method or instrument nila ay english.
try to talk to zita sa american dreams, she gives clearer answers to most of my questions.

| hi! yeah, that is exactly the same words they told me regarding IELTS, sabi nila hindi na daw magte take nun kc sa school ng husband ko then pag balik namin to pay for another 200$ para nga mag lodge na ng EOI, bigla na lang mag te take na ng IELTS, kaya talagang feeling namin niloko nila kami. I am now looking for drastic measures para mabawi yung 300$ namin, which we paid outright nung nag sign kami ng contract. what's ur email add? maybe u can PM it to me para makapag usap tayo..thanks!! |

hi alyssamarisha and jijay.

| im new here. i just want to share my nightmare with american dream. i engage with them believing that they can help me, and they are capable in handling their cleint with satisfaction, but sad to know that they are not they just want your money, i went throught some steps, until i was already in my eoi wen they inform me after one month that im not qualified. i felt disappointed during that time, i cant do anything but to accept that in this world more people are doing diabolic things at the expense of others. im now gathering data to strenthen my complain with securities and exchange commission (SEC) to protect the interest of our kababayans, their hard earned money. they are operating not only here in manila, but also to some cities like cebu, dagupan, mindoro, batangas and laguna, hard selling sila hindi naman effecient anf staff nila. one of the board of directors have a pinding stafa case. please think million of times before you engage with this comany.i ask 4 a refund but they dont allow it, hindi naman nila na file eoi ko... |

Hi everyone, im new here
I attended a free orientation regarding NZ in American Dream Consultancy, right after the seminar i proceeded with the assessment coz im really satisfied with the information they gave during the orientation, and im also excited to know if i will pass the points. I learned american dream through the newspaper ads and im curious about the no show money, no ielts and no interview thing. I told to myself, wow it sounds easy to go to NZ! So i visited their office.
Well they explained about the no show money, no ielts and no interview during the seminar. And i clearly understand their explanation that its a case-to-case basis. Of course we know the fact that they put it in the ads to attract people, well that's their strategy. My point is that, i think they're very transparent because on the free orientation theyre already telling you the truth that it's a case-to-case basis depending on your qualifications.
I never regret my visit in their office coz i learned a lot from the free orientation, the fact that it's free means theyre not forcing people to be their client and get their services.
Thanks also to their friendly employees, im also surprised that their seminar conductors are very young but very smart. Now im planning to move on to the second step.
I'll be glad if you can give me a piece of advice before i continue to my application |

[/quote]Hi! This is just a piece of advice. I'm not promoting American Dream i just want to share my experience to you because I've been also from your stage of applying. I attended all the seminars of existing immigration firms and I found out this is the cheapest. I'm satisfied with their services bcoz in less than 4 months I received my invitation for residency.
Thanks and hope this may help. |

Try to talk to their immigration consultant for the advice and ask for some applicants successfully approved without IELTS. May this experience of mine help you. |

Hi.
I just want to ask, are you waiting for your Invitation to Apply or your Visa?
If you are waiting for your visa, please to enlight me with the ff:
1. Were you interviewed in Bangkok?
2. What kind of visa is the NZIS releasing to you, is it a WTR or PR?
Thanks and God Bless.

In fairness to American Dream, this is not the proper place to lodge your complaints. Your real intention is to destroy the credibility of American Dream. We challenge you to file your complaint in the philippine court. We want you to come out in the open and lodge your complaint direct to us. Don't use other's name in this forum. Your name is not Michael Angelo, right? we have already contacted this person and told us somebody is dragging his name to discredit American Dream. All your accusations are brazen lie, malicous/libelous and very much unfair to this company. This is against the Philippine Laws and you must be punished accordingly. Once we have gathered our evidence our company will file a legal suit against you and we will notify the embassies to hold down your application. Hope you understand what we mean and we are dead serious about this.
