| Hey guys just wanted to know if you guys could help me out, were coming to NZ for a little over two month trip, most of the time we are going to be hiking the trails ((Travers Sabine Circuit)(Kepler Track)(Queen Charlotte Track)(Routeburn Track)(Tablelands)) and was just wondering if any of you have ever been on any of these is there a steady supply of streams and available water to just bring my water bottle and fill up when ever we reach water, or are there scarce parts where i would require a camel pack (that holds more water) this would be very helpfull information if anyone could asnwer it. (looking at maps of the areas dosent seem to be solving my question very well =( ) |

| Very rarely will you struggle to find a water supply, a 1 or 2 litre water bottle will be fine filling it up as you go along. I'm not to sure on the alpine regions of the kepler, I am sure there will be a tarn where you can get some water. Surely the maps you have show rivers, creeks and tarns? |
