| Pasta and Sauce in a packet mixed with bacon is what I usually go for. When we did the Northwest circuit we brought along a can of corned beef, a onion, garlic and a packed of bolognese sauce, we fried the corned beef, onion and garlic then added the sauce. It probably tastes like crap any other time but after 8 days of walking and eating the same thing every day it was one of the nicest things I have eaten. Other than that we also take along dried fruit, nuts, a loaf of bread, pita bread if doing a long tramp, muesli, chocolate, chocolate chips to add to our milo and warm milk. |

lot of pasta and sauce, thats probably is the fastest thing we can make and tastes good too. Enerrgy drinks, fresh fruits, choc bars, chips, etc.
